Respect and honesty are what I value most in my relationships. 3. Not everyone is deserving of your energy. Your attention is currency. 4. I'm capable of giving and receiving so much love. 5. Reminded me that actions speak louder than words. I made some hard decisions that I don't regret one bit. Those decisions involved making space to grow in my mind and heart.
